


The group dynamic is a complex aspect that includes a large set of phenomena that changes with the personality of every person. Not all groups are alike and not all groups have the same evolution. The development of a group depends on the components, the reasons that brought together the group, the objectives of each and everyone and on the type of aproach that everyone uses when facing both persons and problems. The conflicts are inevitable as well as inherent to a healthy dynamic that respects the rules and the normal evolution course of a relationship, nevertheless what counts is the way of solving this conflicts and first of all the following consequences of this conflicts on the relationships between members. A well managed conflict will help the dynamic and the consolidation of the relationships between the group members that in the end will lead to the task fulfilment and the strengthening of the group.
